Hold your date
We hold a date for up to 14 days while you decide, free.
Step 3
Book it
Sign the contract with a £1,000 deposit. Half the venue fee is due six months before; the rest one month before.
Step 4
Final details
A meeting with your coordinator, and final numbers 14 days before the day.

Prices
Venue hire for the barn, the lawn and the orchard. Catering, drinks and suppliers are your own choice.

Is there a curfew?
Music off at midnight; carriages at 00:30.
Can guests stay nearby?
Westcott Heath Cottages are two minutes' walk; we ask them to hold cottages for your guests until a release date.
Do you have a list of suppliers?
We recommend local ones, and take no commission from any of them.
